Thank you for taking the time to complete our Liability Release Form. We ask that all athletes (members, guests, event attendees) complete this form if they plan to attend any HSTC Group Workouts during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
COVID-19 RIDE REQUIREMENTS:
We are making the following guidelines mandatory for anyone attending an HSTC Group Workout. If you are unable or unwilling to follow these guidelines, please do not attend an HSTC Group Workout. These requirements are also in line with the current CDC guidelines for outdoor meetings and activities.
