Join us after the Masters Swim workout for a track workout.
Meet ready to run at Mammoth Track.
Plan on warm up, drills and some tempo efforts.
Today’s run is led by Coach Alana. We’ll warm up, practice drills and focus on running form.
Each week we ride or run after the swim for those who want to add on to their Monday training.
This is an informal session led by a Tri Club Board Member or Members.
