This week we will practice swimming in open water!
Coach Alana will be on paddle board to lead and for safety.
Bring wetsuits, googles, swim caps and if you want booties or hoods for extra warmth bring as well.

Ride or Run the race course after the swim on your own/ with a group – no leader.
