BIKE WORKOUT

Meet at Whitmore Pool Parking lot ready to ride at 10am.
Plan on an easy aerobic effort in endurance zone 2. About 1-2 hours depending on group/time.
Due to cooling temps, layer up today.
We offer a ride or run after the swim workout for those who want to add on to their Monday training.
This is an informal session led by a Tri Club Board Member or Members.
Today’s ride is led by Club President and seasoned triathlete age group champion, Jerri Higinbotham.
