Be in the pool warming up by 7:30 am. Pool closes at 8:30 and we want to get our full hour of training. See you there!
Optional run or bike after, bring your gear if you want to make the swim a brick.
Pool lap swim hours are:
M-F 6:30 am to 8:30 am
Tue/Thurs 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
