Today’s workout is an endurance ride on the Gran Fondo course to prepare for Day 2 of the Graniteman Challenge: Mammoth Gran Fondo.
Ride out to the junction of Hwy 120 and back to start.
Mileage = 60.5 miles round trip. Elevation Gain = 4000′. Average grade =2% and max grade = 9%.
Option to shorten the ride at any time. Just turn around!
BEST PART: We can avoid Hwy 395 on a holiday weekend!
