Open water swims, transition practice, brick workouts, intervals and more.
Locations – some changes may occur due to weather.
May: meet at Whitmore Track with BIKE & RUN gear.
June-Sept: meet at June Lake Beach with SWIM, BIKE & RUN gear.
July 28 – Sept 1: Open Water Swim 9-10am for distance
The focus for this half of the summer is endurance swimming to prepare for Graniteman.
Feel free to bring bike or run gear and a casual group may head out after the swim.
