Week 1: May 20 – Bike 25miles (Olympic Course – at Race Pace), Run 10minutes (Easy)
Week 2: May 27 – Bike 25miles (Olympic Course at Easy Pace), Run 1hr of Race Course (Olympic Distance at Easy Pace)
Week 3: June 3 – Bike 20min warm up, Run 1.5hr (Olympic race course at Goal Race Pace)
Week 4: June 10 – Swim 10minutes, Bike 2hours (Olympic & Sprint Course), Run 10min (Easy)
Week 5: June 17 – Swim 30minutes, Bike 20minutes (Sprint Loop), Run 1hour (Olympic Course)
Week 6: June 24 – Swim 20minutes, Bike Olympic Course, Run Olympic Course
Week 7; July 1st – Swim 30minutes, Bike Olympic Course, Run Sprint Course
Week 8: July 8th – JUNE LAKE TRIATHLON RACE!!
