Swim Workout for week of 1/18/17
 2 = 2 lengths, etc.
adjust as needed for longer pools.

W-up: 4 lengths freestyle, 2 back stroke, 2 breaststroke, 2 run

Kick: holding on to wall, 1 minute
 2 lengths flutter kick, 6 kicks, then rotate, front, back, 2 sides.
2, kick with board 2 frog kick.

Drills: float on stomach
2, exhale underwater
2, balance hips near surface
2, head neutral, looking down or slightly ahead.

2, fist 
2, reach and roll
Repeat.

Swim with buoy: 6 slow, catch-up
6 slow, high elbow

Cool-down: repeat W-up, but reverse order, 6 pop-up  at the wall.
