SWIM: The lake has been recorded at 59F as of May 29th, 2017.
Bring your neoprene hoody, booties and anything else to keep you warm.
The swim will mainly be for the purpose of getting your feet wet! If you can manage a short swim with sighting practice, go for it.
ALWAYS find a partner to swim with and keep track of each other.
RUN: if you’re ready, run at race goal pace; if not, go for easy endurance.
