Today’s Workout:

Bike  1 hour, Run 20min

Warm Up 15 minutes on Bike
Ride a 20k (12 miles) time trial North on Ed Powers Road/Round Valley Road
Practice using the same nutrition and equipment you will for your race.

This is a combination (brick) workout.
Run immediately after the bike for 20 minutes in heart rate zone 3 continuously.
Cool Down 5-10min walk
