Working endurance on course

Option to make second half of Run Threshold Pace
If this is too much of a workout, we’ll give the option to break into 3 repeats (1/3 course each time)
If this is too easy of a workout, option to add Threshold Pace to last 20minutes of ride

Whitmore Pool Swims @ Whitmore Pool
Jun 5 @ 7:30 am – 8:30 am

Weekly swim workout and drills with Club Prez Sally Gaines.

Be in the pool warming up by 7:30 am.  Pool closes at 8:30 and we want to get our full hour of training. See you there!

Optional run or bike after, bring your gear if you want to make the swim a brick.

 

Pool lap swim hours are:

M-F 6:30 am to 8:30 am

Tue/Thurs  5:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Open Water Group Swim @ June Lake Beach
Jun 6 @ 9:15 am – 9:45 am

Open water swim practice with group support.

Bring your wetsuit, cap and goggles and a few towels.  Bring warm clothes for after.  If you want to bike or run on your own after our swim, bring your gear.

Prez Sally will lead the group.

Swim straight line and stay aerobic
Bike 1st half endurance pace, 2nd half tempo pace and maintain 84rpm avg on both
